Antonio and Bertha are an elderly couple who find themselves in trouble when their pensions are suspended due to financial crisis in their country. They haven’t seen their children for years, so the couple is reduced to selling their belongings to survive, peddling food on the street or turning to crime. The lives of the couple change when their son and grandson, absent for ten years, unexpectedly show up.
