On his mother’s orders, David (12) is forced to share his room with Domingo (16), a stranger. David’s initial discontent will slowly turn to wonder as he learns that Domingo has led a life very different from his own.
In Lisbon, from the height of the Torel viewpoint, the city expands as far as the eye can see, becoming a perfect place to think and remember. Through encounters with people who inhabit the viewpoint in different ways, Daniela reflects on living in a new city by taking a journey into her family memories. She imagines her mother and grandmother when they were her age and thinks about the first places they lived.
