Made as a full-length fiction film, this documentary focuses on two Danish soldiers, Mads and Daniel, who are serving their first mission in Helmand, Afghanistan. Their platoon is stationed in Armadillo Camp, right on the frontline, fighting tough battles against the Taliban.  Their goal is to help the Afghans but as the fighting intensifies so does the young soldiers’ cynicism. This is a brutal account of war and its consequences.
