Four dentists, three men and a woman, meet at a yearly dental convention in Mexico’s Mayan Riviera. While two of them are old friends and rivals, the other two have only gotten to know each other at past conventions. They are all fleeing their own painful stories. On a tiny island in the Mexican Caribbean, they’ll spend a wild weekend that will mark their lives forever
