A young woman goes on a personal journey in search of her two grandfathers: Remo, a self taught Ecuadoran doctor who wants to discover immortality; and Juan, a communist militant who was assassinated during the Chilean military dictatorship in 1973. Two stories and two dreams, reflected in two different landscapes: one mountainous with lush vegetation; the other arid and deserted.
