Norteado wins in France

Written by Edgar San Juan and Rigoberto Perezcano, Norteado tells the story of Andrés, whose dream is to cross the border from Mexico into the United States. Between each attempt, he discovers that his adopted city – Tijuana – is a troubled one. As he waits there, Andrés faces his own conflicting feelings about what he left behind in his own town and those he meets in Tijuana: Cata, Ela and Asensio.
