Image Enríquez Mendoza; Xóchitl Dirección, Guión, Producción Xóchitl es una cineasta zapoteca nacida el 11 de abril de 1991 en El Barrio de la Soledad, Oaxaca. A los dieciocho años migra a la ciudad de Puebla, donde cursa la Licenciatura en Cine y Producción Audiovisual en la Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP). En 2017, se especializa en guion en el reconocido Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC) en la Ciudad de México. Directora, guionista y productora. Estudió la licenciatura en Cine y Producción Audiovisual en la Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP) y guion cinematográfico en el Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC). Es productora del cortometraje Franco, IMCINE, 2017, de la directora Mariana Martínez. En 2020 ganó el 20o Concurso de cortometraje del IMCINE Región Sureste, con La Baláhna. Y en 2022 ganó FOCINE apoyo a la producción de largometrajes en colaboración con los estados con La raíz de mi ombligo, su ópera prima. Comenzó su trabajo en Elite Studios MPC y Mirada Films, las cuales forman parte de su desarrollo profesional como productora independiente.
