En 2015, dirigió, escribió y produjo el cortometraje Coco, con el que formó parte de la selección oficial de diversos festivales internacionales. Entre los más importantes se encuentran: 13º Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM), el 38° Denver Film Festival (DFS) y obtuvo una mención especial en el Festicinekids de Cartagena, Colombia. En 2016, su guión Miedo recibió una mención honorífica en el concurso de guión de cortometraje del Festival Colima de Cine. Ese mismo año egresó del curso de guión cinematográfico del CCC. En 2017 ganó el primer lugar en el Torneo de Guión Cinematográfico organizado por Escribe Cine A.C. Actualmente prepara la filmación de Blu su siguiente cortometraje.
