Estudió la licenciatura en Artes Plásticas en la Universidad Veracruzana (UV) y Cinematografía en el Centro Universitario de Estudios Cinematográficos (CUEC-UNAM), Ciudad de México. Participó en el 33º Festival Internacional de Cine de São Paulo, Brasil, con su cortometraje de ficción Puchini (2009). Ha competido en dos ediciones del Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM) con sus cortometrajes Caracol (2011), en el 9º FICM, y Ocaso (2014), en el 12º FICM.

¡Aoquic iez in Mexico! ¡Ya México no existirá más!

A frenetic view runs over a convulsed Mexico City, a colossal metropolis sustained by the myth of "mestizaje" and other colonial forms of violence. Past and present weave a flurry of images; fragmented memories of this land. Ancient deities are incarnated, while dreams overlap among intimacy, complicity and the tumult. This is an erratic film that invites us to reimagine the complex relationship we have with the constructed “mexicanidad.”
