Ganó en 2008 el Premio Estatal de la Juventud de Nayarit en la categoría de Actividades Artísticas. Obtuvo el apoyo del Consejo Estatal para la Cultura y las Artes de Nayarit para el desarrollo del proyecto Vampiro que se mueve, imágenes que hablan, en 2008. Fue becaria por parte del Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes (FONCA) y del Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (Conacyt), México, en el programa de Residencias Artísticas en el extranjero en el 2010, para el desarrollo de Cuéntame un cuento… Eliseo. Participó, con su cortometraje de ficción La fruición (2010), en el 8° Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia (FICM); en la Muestra de Cine Fantástico y de Terror en el marco del 33° Festival Internacional del Nuevo Cine Latinoamericano, La Habana; y en el 6° Festival Internacional de Cine de Monterrey. Participó en el 2° Festival Iberoamericano de Cortometrajes ABC (FIBABC), España, y en el 19° Festival Iberoamericano de Cine y Video Cinesul, Río de Janeiro, con su cortometraje documental Este cuerpo mío (2012). Actualmente está trabajando en la post-producción de su largometraje documental sobre el trabajo del director Eliseo Subiela titulado Subiela, el mago.
