How can I buy tickets?
Tickets for The Best of the 15th FICM in Mexico City will be on sale at the corresponding movie theaters and, only for sceenings at Cinépolis, online at www.moreliafilmfest.com.

How can I buy tickets online?
You can buy tickets for the screenings of The Best of the 15th FICM in Mexico City in Cinépolis through www.moreliafilmfest.com. To purchase tickets, click on the screening of your preference in our calendar. There, you will find a button reading "Tickets sales". Clicking on this button will bring you to the ticket sales page.

What payment method can I use to purchase tickets online?
The Cinépolis ticketing system only accepts national credit and debit cards. It is also possible to pay your tickets with Cinecash, Cinepolis' prepaid card or prepaid account. The Cinecash card can be found physically in all Cinépolis or at different distribution points. It is also possible to pay your tickets with Mexican PayPal. It is important to note that international cards are not accepted.

What is the limit of tickets that I can buy?
Up to ten tickets can be purchased per feature.

How can I check the showtimes of a movie?
You can check the showtimes of each film at www.moreliafilmfest.com in the program calendar. When you click, you can see information about the film and a list of its screenings. You can also write the name of the film in our search browser.

What is The Best of FICM in Mexico City?
To bring FICM closer to the public, at the end of the activities in Morelia, the festival arrives in Mexico City to present short films, documentaries and feature films in different venues. In addition, some of these spaces show a careful selection of films previously screened at the festival. The Best of the 15th FICM in Mexico City will be held from November 3 to 12, 2017.
