We want to take advantage of our notoriety, and give them a push. Of course, there are documentaries like Herzog’s, which don’t need additional publicity.” Ambulate will work as a type of distributor: “We’ll go from festival to festival, if we like something, we’ll include it in the project’s program.” Luna, who has appeared in films such as Nicotina, said he particularly liked political documentaries, “the ones that talk about the powerful people who take decisions that affect the entire world, like The Corporation. I also liked one I saw recently, which starts off with the image of a fruit drink in the fridge, and from there it starts to talk about the exploitation of minors in the pineapple fields. Good stories, like jokes, are not good or bad, it just depends how they’re told” he added. Alejandro Ramírez, President of the Morelia Film Festival, and Daniela Michel, General Director, where also present at the press conference, along with Elena Fortes, and Pablo Cruz.
