Dante y Soledad was presented as part of the 21st edition of the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM), with the presence of director Alexandra De la Mora, composer Rogelio Sosa, assistant director Óscar Enríquez, sound designer Lena Esquenazi and part of the cast.

"I thank everyone for taking the time to be here. Dante y la Soledad is a film that was made in a very intimate way in 19 days, with twelve people. It is a project that we made from the bottom of our hearts," said De la Mora.

The director's debut feature focuses on Inés, an independent and successful woman, who realizes her former life is slipping away without it being clear if what awaits her in the future is better. Dante and Soledad, a couple of saltwater fish, witness her transformation.

"With this film, we can gauge the effort and all the work behind a project like this. I celebrate that an idea can reach a screen this big," added Mexican actress Irene Azuela.

De la Mora ended by sharing with the audience her affection for FICM and her excitement in presenting her film for the first time at FICM.
