FICM screens El sendero de la anaconda and announces Cinespot, winner of the Stella Artois Contest

Daniela Michel, general director and founder of the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM), presented the screening of El sendero de la anaconda by Alessandro Angulo. In addition to the event, in the company of Ale Brizuela, Stella Artois' Premium Experience Brands, the winner of the Cinespot winner of the Stella Artois contest was announced.

El sendero de la anaconda portrays the Indigenous communities in the most remote areas of the Amazon, through an old friendship. It is part of the special screenings within the context of the 17th edition of the FICM.

The Cinespot, Un lunes cualquiera, by Emilio Aguilar, makes a different account of how monotonous daily routines can be. “I was looking to portray the possibility of something completely ordinary or routine, becoming extraordinary from at any event,” said Emilio, who graduated from the National School of Cinematic Arts (ENAC), before University Center for Cinematographic Studies (CUEC).
