Ana "seduces" the audience

Carrera said the film will be ready by 2012. Accompanying the director were Víctor Hernández, in charge of the soundtrack; Martín Hernández, director of sound design; Alejandro Solórzano, director de production, and Silverio Palacios, the voice of one of the fantastical beings in the film.

Solórzano gave thanks to the 8th edition of the Morelia International Film Festival for the opportunity to present his project because of the festival's "importance in the film industry of this country."

Carrera told the story of Ana, a little girl who lives an adventure alongside fantastical beings.

The director confessed that the project requires a larger budget than what the production company has at the moment. "The technical team is made up of less than 40 people, and there should be three times as many. We are looking for people who are interested in the film and want to invest in it."

Ana was screened two times in 3D stenopeic format. It is the first time the Morelia International Film Festival has shown a film in this format.
