GUIDE TO BUY TICKETS FOR THE 20th FICM

In this brief guide, you will learn the best way to purchase tickets for the films screening at the #20FICM.

Be aware that tickets for each screening are released at two different times: pre-sale and the day of the performance. Although some movies appear sold out at the box office during pre-sale or on the day of the screening, in many cases, tickets will be available again for purchase from 2:00 p.m. on the day of the screening.

PRESALE

  • The purchase can be made online through the sites moreliafilmfest.com and cinepolis.com from the beginning of ticket sales and until the percentage of tickets available for pre-sale for each film is exhausted.

  • The purchase can be made directly at the cinema’s box office from the beginning of ticket sales and until the percentage of tickets available for pre-sale for each film is exhausted.

SCREENING DAY

  • The exclusive exchange of tickets for beneficiaries of #20FICM Accreditation holders and festival accredited in general is from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the same day of the screening.

  • Tickets for afternoon and evening screenings that are not exchanged daily are available for purchase at the box office after 2:00 p.m., so it is possible to buy tickets for some films on the day of the screening. Ask about availability at the box office after 2:00 p.m.

  • Unredeemed tickets for morning shows are available for purchase at the box office two hours before each screening begins.

TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:

  • •    If you don't want to miss a movie, we recommend that you buy tickets for that screening as soon as tickets go on sale to the public for #20FICM.
    •    If you want to get tickets the day of the screenings without risking availability, get your #20FICM Accreditation.
    •    In addition to screenings with paid tickets, the festival organizes daily free screenings in its different venues. Check the program.
    •    When it comes to Cinépolis, free screenings are released on the same day of the screening, and you must go to the box office for the tickets to access the room of the corresponding screening
