Moreno Garza, Diego Amando

He studied audiovisual languages at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (UANL) and is currently studying for a Ph.D in art and humanities at the Science, Art and Humanities Research Center of Monterrey (CICAHM), Mexico. He is a member of the production company Jex Productions, located in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas. He is also a member of the Sierra Madre Oriental group, founded in Monterrey, Nuevo León. He participated in the 7th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) with his short fiction film Las campanas deben sonar por siempre (2008). His work has been presented at various festivals around the world: La duda (2013) at the 22nd Croatian One Minute Film Festival and El enigmático continente negro (2013) at the 5th Caribbean Film Corner, London. His first feature film Nosotros, Lucifer (2013) was also part of the Official Selection of the 5th Cine Distrital International Festival: Film and Other Worlds, Mexico.
