Image Hiriart, Sebastián He is a self-taught director, actor, screenwriter, photography director, camera assistant and operator of several projects for film and television. He has presented his work at two editions of the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM). He participated in the 6th FICM with his short fiction film Perspectiva (2008), and in the 8th FICM with his first film A tiro de piedra (2010). This last film was shown at more than 10 festivals around the world and won, among other awards, Best Film at the 2nd Puebla International Film Festival (FIC Puebla); Best Director and Best Screenplay at the 39th Gramado Film Festival, Brazil; Best Debut Film at the 16th International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK); and a Jury Special Mention at the 58th San Sebastián International Film Festival. His second feature, Filosofía natural del amor (2013), participated in the 2nd Baja International Film Festival (BIFF), Los Cabos, Mexico, and the 3rd Curaçao International Film Festival Rotterdam (Curaçao IFFR), among other festivals.
