Image González, Ana Valeria She studied political science, philosophy and Latin American studies at the University of Cologne in Germany. She won the award for Best Art Direction at the 18th Iberoamerican Film Festival Cine Ceará for her short film Antonio Pode (2007) by Ivan Morales Jr., which participated in dozens of festivals around the world. She participated in the 6th Berlinale Talents and the 2nd Talents Guadalajara. She debuted as a director in Magritte (2011), which formed part of the Mexican Short Film Section at the 10th Morelia International Film Festival I (FICM).
