Image García, Manuel He received a degree in political and government studies from the University of Guadalajara (U. de G.) and he is self-taught in the field of animation and filmmaking. He participated in the 10th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) and in the 2nd Lakino – Latin American Film Festival Berlin with his animated short film El pintor (Der Kunstmaler) (2012).
