To premiere their channel, they have produced an animation which sums up the history of film in 60 seconds. HISTORY OF FILM in a Minute was animated by Mary Doodles with music by give me motion; two artists that are already popular online. In her first collaboration with Picture Show, Mary Doodles begins by illustrating the origins of film with the Lumière brothers, covers the classics of silent cinema, the Hollywood blockbusters and ends with YouTube.
