"We Finns are known to be very quiet people. We believe that silence speaks volumes and in many different languages," said the actress before the screening began. Alma Poysti Daniela Michel praised Aki Kaurismäki's mastery: "This film is a jewel of humanity; full of hope, superbly written, superbly performed. I was speechless." Then she concluded in Spanish: "Welcome to 86 minutes of Aki Kaurismäki's romantic comedy." Alma Poysti
