Berlin People is a concert by the quartet also called Berlin People during the sixth edition of NEUMA, International Jazz Festival in Mexico City, at the Ollin Yoliztli cultural complex.

On that subject, Pável Granados said that the idea of Berlin People arises as an opportunity to document jazz as "the music of freedom."

"Even though people initially danced to jazz in New Orleans, it is actually music intended to be listened to while seated, so it is very good for cinema," explained Pável Granados.

Eduardo Nava, meanwhile, said that the music of Berlin People blends the essence of North American jazz with an European touch, which makes it unique and appealing to many people.

Both thanked the FICM for the long friendship with Canal 22, and for allowing the free screening of Berlin People.
