Ordaz, Alberto

He studied Psychology at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla and Criminology, Criminalistics and Expert Techniques at the Colegio Libre de Estudios Universitarios, in Mexico City. In 2013 he presented his short film El viejo, which was part of the Short Film Corner at the Cannes Film Festival. His short fiction film HHL (2015), part of the Official Selection of the 14th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM), has been selected in festivals such as the Guanajuato Film Festival (GIFF), in Mexico; the Sitges International Fantastic Film Festival, in Spain; the Screamfest Horror Film Festival, in the United States; the Short Film Corner at the Cannes Film Festival, France; and the Morbido Film Festival, in Mexico. HHL also received an Honorable Mention at the Macabro Film Festival, Mexico.
