Image Padilla Domene, Andrés He graduated from a B.A. in Audiovisual Media at the Centro de Medios Audiovisuales CAAV, in Guadalajara, Mexico. He has shown his work in various festivals and exhibitions in Mexico and abroad, including: “Los sueños de una nación, un año después” at the MUNAL National Art Museum, in Mexico (2011); “La fabrique des Images” at the Institut Culturel du Mexique à Paris, in France (2015); “Proyecto Zócalo” at the Museum of Mexico City (2010), in Mexico; and “Entornos Ficcionados para Realidades Complejas” at the Quito Contemporary Art Center, in Ecuador (2012). He received a scholarship from the Jalisco State Fund for Culture and Arts in 2007 and from the Internet radio station RadioGlobal.org. He is part of the Astrovandalistas collective and since 2006 he has developed, together with Ivan Puig, the project SEFT-1. He is currently one of the artists in the postgraduate program of Le Fresnoy – Studio national des arts contemporains in Tourcoing, France. His documentary Ciudad Maya (2016) was part of the Official Selection of the 14th Morelia International Film Festival.
