Image Arrangoiz; Esteban He studied Communications at the University of Macquarie, Australia, and Documentary Realization at the University Center for Cinematographic Studies (CUEC-UNAM), Mexico City. He was a photographer and director for the 2012 edition of the Berlinale Talents, at the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival, Berlinale, in Germany. His work, as director, photographer and publisher, has toured numerous festivals around the world. He obtained, for his short documentary Rio Lerma (2010), the José Rovirosa Award for Best Student Documentary, awarded by UNAM's Film Library, and the Ariel for Best Documentary Short Film in the 53rd Ariel Awards, in Mexico. He participated in the 10th Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) with his short fiction El baile de tres cochinillas (2012), for which he won the Best Director award at the 5th International Short Film Festival, Mexico. His short documentary El buzo (2015), the thesis project with which he completed his studies at CUEC, won the Documentary Short Film Prize at the 13th FICM; and was part of the program of the 66th Berlin International Film Festival (Berlinale). His latest work, Ensueño en la Pradera, premiered at the 67th Berlin International Film Festival, where he won the Silver Bear award for Best Short Film.
